Getting Started: Faculty & Staff

New to Fordham? Been here awhile and just need a refresher?

We Can Help!

Research Support

We provide a variety of research support resources and services...

Instructional Support

We can help support your curricula needs...

  • Library Instruction sessions introduce library resources to your students and can be customized to your specific curricula needs. To schedule an instructional session, please contact:
    • Rose Hill Reference - Peter Patten,
    • Lincoln Center Reference - Nick Alongi,
    • Fordham Westchester Reference - Diane Batemarco,

Include in the email:

  • three possible dates and times for the session
  • the number of students attending the session
  • for a class, the syllabi and/or the specifics of the research assignment
  • for a program, a general profile of the enrolled students and goal of the orientation
  • the preferred library resources, services, or skills
  • the citation style the students will be using
  • Research Guides provide you and your students with a great starting point for research resources in more than 40 topics and disciplines.

  • Course Reserves—both physical and electronic—support your changing curricula needs each semester.

Subject Liaisons

Subject Liaisons can guide you to the person, department, or resources you need for your research and teaching. Which librarian is your subject liaison? Check here or email
