DOI stands for document object identifier. A DOI is a string of numbers and letters in URL or link format that create a permanent link for a digital object.

► Follow these steps to search for articles at Fordham by DOI:

• Go to https://www.fordham.edu/resources/libraries/

• Click on the tab above the search box that says E-Journals.

• Here's an example of a citation with a DOI:

• Copy the string of numbers and letters after the colon: 10.1016/j.ufug.2019.04.018

• Paste the string into the DOI search box and press Search:

• If Fordham subscribes to the journal that published this article, the article should appear on the next screen.
