Bibliographic Management Tools: RefWorks Not Available

EndNote? Zotero? Mendeley? Learn about bibliographic management tools.

RefWorks Is No Longer Provided by Fordham

Dear Members of the Fordham Community,

Budgetary constraints in FY 2107-18 along with the escalating costs of library materials have prompted us to transfer our subscription from ProQuest RefWorks to EndNote, a similar bibliographic management tool. Effective September 1, 2017 the University provides EndNote to all Fordham departments, units and constituents through an IT-hosted link.

In addition to EndNote there are other free bibliographic management tools that you may want to explore, such as Zotero and Mendeley.  The library has expanded this Bibliographic Management Research Guide to delineate the various options you have for migrating the content you currently have saved in RefWorks.  Fordham Reference librarians at all three campuses are available to assist with content migration to EndNote, Zotero, and/or Mendeley.
