InterCampusLoans - You can request books held at Fordham Libraries - Walsh, Quinn, or Westchester Libraries to be sent to your 'home' campus library.

Patrons with active library accounts may place holds on library materials--either to be transferred between Fordham's libraries or for convenient pickup at the owning campus library. These requests can be made by:

  • using the "Place Hold" function in the Fordham Library Catalog
  • sending an email to univlib@fordham.edu, providing the title, author and call number of the item being requested, and the desired campus pickup library
  • visiting any campus library Circulation Desk in person
  • calling:
    • RH: 718-817-5109
    • LC: 212-636-6062
    • FW: 914-367-3060

If the item is on the shelf at the other library, every effort will be made to deliver it in 1-2 business days. A notification email will be sent to your Fordham email account when the item is available for pickup at your home library.

Items will remain on hold for 5 business days. Please contact the pickup library by e-mail (univlib@fordham.edu) or at one of the phone numbers above to make alternate arrangements if you are unable to retrieve your requested hold within 5 days.

You also may visit any campus
