Tips for Finding Books

→ Not sure where to start? Use the Communication and Cinema & Media Studies sections of Oxford Bibliographies to learn about books, theories and theorists, and other influential topics. From there, you can search books by name or author in the library catalog.

→ Looking for books about a film or television director, producer, scholar, or theorist? Search for them in by catalog under subject by name (last name, first name i.e. Rhimes, Shonda or McLuhan, Marshall ).

→ Looking for books by a particular person? Search their name under author (last name, first name i.e.Vaidhyanathan, Siva) to see if Fordham owns books by them.
