Publicly Accessible Areas of the Libraries

The Fordham University Libraries are a private library system dedicated to providing research support, resources and study space to the Fordham University community. Our collection and resources are not publicly available, though the public may access the Libraries' collection of U.S. Government Documents, as well as the Fordham Museum of Greek, Etruscan and Roman Art as detailed below.

United States Government Documents

U.S. Government documents are available for on-site use to the general public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please inquire with the following individuals to access these materials:

  • John D'Angelo (jdangelo@fordham.edu) - Head of Access and Circulation at the Walsh Library (Rose Hill campus)
  • Nick Alongi (nalongi@fordham.edu) - Head of Access, Information and Collection Services at the Quinn Library (Lincoln Center campus)

Access to Government Documents requires a valid photo ID.

Fordham Museum

The Fordham Museum of Greek, Etruscan and Roman Art at the William D. Walsh Family Library is open to the general public Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., during the academic year. (Summer and intersession hours may vary; please contact the Library to verify operating hours before visiting.) Access to the Museum requires a valid photo ID.
