Look at call numbers and the Library of Congress Classification System for modern European languages and literatures.

PQ 1 - 3999 French literature

PQ 4001 - 5999 Italian literature

PQ 6001 - 8929 Spanish literature

PT 1 - 4897 German literature

 

Finding E-books Specifically

  • To find E-books only, type your search terms as above.
     
  • Choose "Online Resources" from the drop-down menu.
     
  • Note: You will need to login to open an e-book if you are off campus. 

Accessing an E-book

  • Type the title, author, or subject in the Library Catalog.
     
  • Locate the e-book in your results. The item is an e-book if it says, [electronic resource] within or at the end of the title.
     
  • Click on the small blue URL to open the e-book.
     
  • Log off as soon as you are finished; many e-books accommodate only one user at a time.
